  MaLiang,       an ImageJ plug-in written in Java, is a powerful image analysis software which  was based on our  recent researches (ref: Quan et al, Optics Express, 2010, 18,  11867-11876.). This software takes advantage of  the parallel processing ability  of Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and the high localization precision   characteristic of the maximum likelihood algorithm, and thus provides a  cost-effective and ease of use approach  for realizing ultra-fast and high  precision image analysis for super-resolution localization microscopy.  [MaLiang]    

  PALMER,     an ImageJ plug-in presented to address the problem of overlapped molecules, is a powerful super-resolution localization image analysis software which was based on our recent researches (ref: Wang et al, Optics Express, 2012, 20, 16039-16049.). This software takes advantage of the high-density localization method based on the combination of Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) parallel computation, multiple-emitter fitting, and model recommendation via Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC), thus provides a fast and easy way to analyze high-density single molecule images.
