Abstract:Molecular imaging has played an important role in cancer diagnosis. With the advances in nanotechnology, nanomaterials have emerged as a promising candidate for molecular imaging, due to their unique properties. In this presentation, tumor vascular targeting using different targeting ligands will be introduced for improving the targeting efficiency and specificity of nanoparticles. In addition, a novel chelator-free radiolabeling approach will be introduced for stable and efficient radiolabeling with several emerging nanomaterials. In the end, a thermosensitive biodegradable copper sulfide (CuS) nanosystem will be introduced for multispectral optoacoustic tomography (MSOT) in living animals. Our studies provide a comprehensive and unique perspective for the designs and applications of novel nanomaterials, and may inspire future explorations into the realm of more controllable, multifunctional, and clinical relevant nanotheranostics.

报告人简介

史思翔,2016年毕业于美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校材料科学博士,现就职于德克萨斯大学MD安德森癌症中心,从事博士后研究工作。研究重点为纳米材料合成、放射化学标记以及肿瘤的靶向性成像,具体研究涉及抗体、石墨烯、双层氢氧化物、氧化硅以及金属硫化物等。共发表SCI论文30篇,其中第一作者8篇,其研究成果发表于ACS Nano、Angweandte Chemie、Biomaterials、Journal of Nuclear Medicine、Nature Nanotechnology 等许多世界顶尖杂志。积极参与世界各个学术论坛,并进行近30次学术报告和学术海报展示,担任十多个国际知名期刊的审稿人,以及美国核医学与分子影像学会年会的评审专家。曾荣获“威斯康辛杰出研究生奖 (Wisconsin Distinguished Graduate Fellowship)”等许多荣誉。
